This website is operated by ALFRAH COGNIX INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. ("Alfrah Cognix", "we", "us"). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

We only collect what we need to respond to you:

• Enquiry form: full name, mobile number, email address, the program you are interested in and your message.
• Source details: the page you sent the form from and campaign tags (UTM source) in the link you used.
• Internship applications: details you enter in our Google Form, such as your name, contact details, education and resume.
• Device data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled.
• Saved progress: career checklists and roadmap progress are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us.

We do not ask for or store passwords, payment card details or government ID numbers on this website.

• To contact you about the program, internship or question you enquired about.
• To share fees, batch dates, EMI options and scholarship information you ask for.
• To send a confirmation that we received your enquiry.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box or submitting a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@alfrahcognix.com. Withdrawing consent stops future processing but does not affect processing already done.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, under appropriate safeguards:

• Our website hosting provider.
• Our email service provider, which delivers enquiry and confirmation emails.
• Google, for internship applications submitted through Google Forms.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a lawful order of a government authority.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data.
• Ask us to erase your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Have your grievance addressed, and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

To use any of these rights, email us using the details in the Grievance Officer section. We respond within 30 days.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the enquiry or confirm their consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent, and we do not track or target ads at children.

The website is served over HTTPS, forms are validated on our server, and access to enquiry data is limited to the team members who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

We use your browser's local storage only to remember your career checklist and roadmap progress on your device. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner first.
