• Information you submit through forms must be accurate and your own.
• Program details, durations and schedules may change; the latest details are confirmed at enrolment.

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a seat. Enrolment is confirmed only after you complete the admission process and pay the applicable fee. We may decline or cancel an enrolment if the information provided is incorrect.

• Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• EMI and scholarship options, where offered, are subject to their own eligibility conditions.
• Fees must be paid by the due dates shared at enrolment to keep access to classes and resources.

Refund eligibility, timelines and any deductions are shared in writing at the time of enrolment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline stated in that policy.

To request a cancellation or refund, email support@alfrahcognix.com with your name, program and payment details.

• Learners are expected to attend sessions and complete assignments and projects on time.
• A course completion certificate is issued after meeting the program's completion requirements.
• Practice quizzes and assessments on this website are for learning only and are not certifications.

We provide career guidance, resume support and interview preparation. Hiring decisions are made by employers, so we do not guarantee jobs, internships, salaries or interview calls.

Learners must treat mentors, staff and fellow learners with respect. Harassment, cheating, sharing paid course material or misuse of facilities may lead to suspension without refund.

Course content, videos, materials, the Alfrah Cognix name and logo belong to ALFRAH COGNIX INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. or its licensors. They are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, recorded, resold or shared without written permission. Projects you build remain yours.

The website links to third-party services such as Google Forms, WhatsApp, app stores and maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Alfrah Cognix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
